Bible Question:
Since Jesus absolutely must return at a point in the future, where exactly does Bible prophecy say that He must return to? What location? |
Bible Answer: Hi, Loran James! Most likely Israel... but that would be from our perspective... as we know Jesus is God and God is Omnipresent... in the Scriptural passage of Matthew 24, it tells us that He will be seen by all... In Revelation 1:7, it deepens that understanding as it tells us that even those who pierced Him will see Him... since Jesus is bringing the final change onto the world (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17); all will be changed and all will be witnessed to His Second Coming because He will no longer come as the Lamb of God... but as Israel's Lion, God's Justice and Wrath! Still, the when and where is not important... Jesus was never concerned about it... but He stated, "when the Son of man comes, will He find faith on earth?" (paraphrased: Luke 18:8)... God's concern is that we are found in His fellowship. (1 Thessalonians 5:1-24) God Bless! Angel |
