Bible Question: what does this verse mean: that it is easier for a camel to go thru the eye of a needle than for a rich man to go to heaven. |
Bible Answer: You need to continue the thought presented here and read verses 24-26 where Jesus said all things are possible. To be rich and maintain your wealth you have to make it first in your life. Many that are rich will try to deny this, but Jesus pointed out the problem of being rich not me. If one's wealth is first then obviously Jesus is second or third or somewhere down the line. Jesus demands that He be number one in our lives. Can a rich man be saved?
