Bible Note: Howdee, Yes, as mentioned a theory and not going to debate because it will be foolishness. It doesn't say plainly it happened or else I wouldn’t spend time explaining Biblical principles. Yes dotted lines but these dotted lines are based on foundation Biblical principles, which were highlighted previously. If you don't agree with this then you are still left with the following question that you need to answer. Based on all the possible answers I have been through and commentaries I've read (very little on this I might add) this theory makes the most sense to me biblically but there are still questions like who but the when and why has already been answered: 1) Why did God take personal interest in burring the body of Moses and protecting it from satan as He didn’t do that for anyone else? 2) Why did Jesus speak with him at the mount? It wasn't Enoch but Elijah and Moses. They covered a very specific subject of His second coming - why them? It wasn't someone else, nor was it one or three people but two specific people Elijah and Moses. 3) Keeping in mind anyone calling up the dead to talk are mediums, is an abomination to God. “Or one who conjures spells, or a medium, or a spiritist, or one who calls up the dead. For all who do these things are an abomination to the LORD” (Deut. 18:11-12). Jesus would not do this so how was it possible for Jesus to call up Moses from Paradise (in Sheol) when satan had the keys over death? No one can have a clear answer on the above without speculation :) In the Living Vine |
