Bible Question (short): Elijah and John the Bapt. Mat. 17:11-13 |
Question (full): Thank you for your reply. I strongly agree that ther is a very strong likeness in John the Baptist and Elijah. What I'm mainly trying to figure out what is being said in how the scripture is written. Is the scripture saying that John was born for a mission as a prophet in the same likeness as Elijah? Or is the scripture saying that John the Baptist was actually Elijah returning - Elijah's reincarnation? Thanks again, God Bless, Kim |
