Subject: does prayer produce measureable results? |
Bible Note: You are right about that EdB. God is doing great miracles here everyday, but we don't always pay attention. Like when the firemen stayed with one woman in a wheelchair at the WTC on 9/11. God saved them after the building collapsed. Also, the 9 men who were trapped in a mine a few months ago. Many of us prayed for them and one led them in prayer in their midst. God delivered them. My assistant pastor is a former drug dealer. He and his wife are also former drug abusers just a few years ago. God delivered them and now they are among my biggest helpers at our church in the heart of Chicago, IL. God has blessed me personally to quickly find new employment after only 5 weeks of being laid off. My present engineering job pays double what I was making before so I am well blessed to provide for my wife and 8 children. Yes, one wife and eight children. Did I stutter brother? God is still performing great miracles indeed. Pastor Glenn |
