Bible Question (short): mustard seed and the kindgom of heaven? |
Question (full): What is the symbolism in the small mustard seed becoming a huge tree? Jesus compares it to the kingdom of heaven, so i suppose He is saying the kingdom of heaven will start out very small, but grow to be something magnificent? What is the point of this? Is He trying to say that we must be the ones to water the seed and care for it, or in the next parable, that we must work the yeast through the dough? |
