Bible Question:
I guess my question was confusing. I mean if we call Jesus God and God God what is the difference? Example Father and Son. It is clear that if you say Father you are talking about the Father and if you say Son you are talking about the Son. But if you call God God and then call Jesus God it is confusing. I am a new beleiver and I was confused when another believer called Jesus God and God God and I want to make sure I have an understanding so that I do not confuse someone else. Any help is appreciated |
Bible Answer: isaiah 9:6 the son is refered to here as the everlasting father i know there are going to be some who says this is a bad translation of the word but there are always those around.Heb9:22 says without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sin.since a spirit canot shed blood GOD made himself a body Heb 10:5-10:10 the flesh was not the father or GOD but the spirit was both |
