Bible Question:
Here is the last noteworthy difference between the NASB and the NKJ to my mind and understanding. Ezekiel 20:41, NASB, "As a soothing aroma I shall accept you, when I bring you out from the peoples and gather you from the lands where you are scattered; and I shall prove Myself holy among you in the sight of the nations." Ezek 20:41, NKJ, "I will accept you as a sweet aroma when I bring you out from the peoples and gather you out of the countries where you have been scattered; and I will be hallowed in you before the Gentiles." Bible Answer: The Hebrew says yiT.v;D.qin.w and I am not sure if God is proving Himself holy or it just is a fact. He does both |
