What do you think I know Jesus is without sin but He takes on the sins of this world. Read this verse Isa 14 29 look at scriptures below. Isa 14 29 Rejoice not thou whole Palestina, because the rod of him that smote thee is broken for out of the serpent s root shall come forth a cockatrice and his fruit shall be a fiery flying serpent. Lu 24 44 And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you that all things must be fulfilled which were written in the law of Moses and in the prophets, and in the psalms concerning me. Ex 17 9 And Moses said unto Joshua, Choose us out men, and go out fight with Amalek to morrow I will stand on the top of the hill with the rod of God in mine hand. Rod equals The law Jesus comes to forefill the Law. We are not now under the Law. The Law is broken. Isa 11 10 And in that day there shall be a root of Jesse which shall stand for an ensign of the people to it shall the Gentiles seek and his rest shall be glorious. Jesse equals serpent beast man Ec 3 18 I said in mine heart concerning the estate of the sons of men, that God might manifest them, and that they might see that they themselves are beasts. Mt 12 34 O generation of vipers, how can ye being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. Ro 3 22 Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe for there is no difference Ro 3 23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God God equals fiery De 4 24 For the LORD thy God is a consuming fire, even a jealous God. Heb 12 29 For our God is a consuming fire. Jesus Christ comes in flesh equals man 1Jo 4 3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come and even now already is it in the world. God equals Flying Isa 31 5 As birds flying, so will the LORD of hosts defend Jerusalem; defending also he will deliver it and passing over he will preserve it. |

Bible Answer: Scripture ... Num 17:2ff; Rev 2:27, 12:5, 19:15 ... I don't see Jesus in Isa 14:29. Mainly becuase this is a prophecy against the Philistines. Plus, the rod here is about authority or rule as in (Num 17:2ff; Rev 2:27, 12:5, 19:15). The rod isn't is also used for discipline (Exo 21:20, 2 Sam 7:14). These are a few passages. Continue to search the Scripture, to see if what you hear is true (Acts 17:11), Searcher PS I don't understand the connection of the other passages. |
