Subject: Where ARE the four corners of the earth? |
Bible Note: Hello, Tim, One could say that gravity wells are responsible, I suppose. Our scientists know when a satellite orbiting earth cruises “off course” down to fractions of an inch. The variance of the oceans’ mass causes different fluxes by pulling the satellite. This gravity pull is what originally prompted the study, which led to the discovery of earth’s four corners. The wind blows down on that part of the ocean’s surface, and gravity does it job. Interesting that, while some dismiss this as a “play on words”, the article I gleaned this from had no mention about Scripture, but entitled it “The Earth Has Four Corners.” And because the “cause” is a result of “wind” – how else can we piece together what Rev. 7:1 mentions. “Following this, I saw four angels stationed AT THE FOUR CORNERS of the earth, restaining the FOUR WINDS of the earth, so that no wind might blow on land or SEA or on any tree. If I wasn’t a firm believer in my God, the creator, and I hear of this discovery and read what how the Scripture MATCHES what science discovered --- I would have to question my unbelief.
