Bible Question: Why is the Sabbath now Sunday? |
Bible Answer: The Sabbath isn't on Sunday. The Sabbath is still Friday sundown to Saturday sundown. The day of Christian worship in on Sunday the day our Savior rose from the grave. Jesus was the fulfillment of the Sabbath rest and Lord of Sabbath therefore those of us in Christ are not required to keep the Sabbath. However we do worship and celebrate Christ's resurrection on Sunday as did first century Christians. EdB |
