Bible Note: Thank you kalos - I think you hit the nail on the head. I checked the definition of cupbearer in 5 popular bible dictionaries and they all speak only of serving and tasting the king's wine. Hmmm, wonder who tasted his barbequed chicken ? Thank you for your help. |
