Bible Question: I would like to know if being unequally yoked with a person would pertain to age difference and intelligence as well as being a believer? |
Bible Answer: The verse here says not to have fellowship with those who are not an equal. The purpose for this in the scripture is the Corinthian Christians were being told not to be with unbelievers, idolaters. But in definition, it says different yoke. So there are many implications there. But they are not the reason for writing 2Cor. 6:14 Although an argument could be made for intelligence, age difference and even differing in financial status. All are unequal or different yokes. |
