Even if every instance of a narrative mentioned tongues, one could not build a doctrine based upon a narrative alone." so then it basically comes down to how one interprets/applies scripture. i wonder: how does one arrive at proper interpretive methods? and will they ultimately say: 'the Holy Spirit told me to interpret it this way.'? |
