Bible Question (short): How far have we gone? |
Question (full): Where does the USA stand today? Psalm 2:1-3 (KJV) Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? [2] The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord, and against his anointed, saying, [3] Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. Psalm 2:1-3 (version as seen in the USA) Why do people go on and on trying to remove God from their lives? (2)All of the nations are becoming hostile, and they are forming charters together, to eliminate God from their thinking, and restrict the name of Jesus. (3)Let’s eliminate prayer and the commandments and the Word of God from all municipal places, and let's get God out of our lives so we can all be happy! Look out USA, verses four and five are sure to follow! Psalm 2:4-5 He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision. [5] Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure. HOW do we stop the process? Hosea 6:1 Come, and let us return unto the Lord: for he hath torn, and he will heal us; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up. 2 Chron. 7:14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. 2 Tim. 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: No comments necessary, CDBJ |
