Subject: Why didn't tHe relent from His anger? |
Bible Note: That doesn't answer the question of why God did not change his mind when hhis grandson Josiah implemented nationwide reforms. The fact is that God had had enough (1 Kings 21:10-15), and his will was that Judah would be judged. An important lesson for us: Do we fully understand how patient God is with us, but also how much he absolutely abhors sin with a wrathful, holy hatred?
