Bible Question (short): Exodus and a God to fear |
Question (full): I am reading Exodus and it seems that the Israelites were taught by Moses to be frightened of God. That he was a God to be feared and that he was a God that punished all who did not follow him to the letter of the laws given to them by God through Moses. Why did this conception change to a kind and loving God? Did God change his mind? |
