Bible Question:
How can any believe that the flood of noah destroyed the bloodline of Cain. IT is very easy to document that Cains blodline survived the flood. The word kenite simply mean sons of Cain now the flood took place in Genesis 7, and now that we all know what kenite means (sons of Cain) we have a little foundation. Now understand this the kenites are mentioned in Gen 15 numbers 24:21 Judges 4:11 1 sam 15:6 1 chronicles 2:55 and more places. So if everyone here knows that the events of genesis 7 took place well before these books of the bible what is the problem. If the flood of Noah wiped out all the Kenites why are they roaming around in chronicles. first chronicles 2:55 And the families of the scribes which dwelt at Jabez, the Tirathites, the Shimeathites and the Suchathites. These are the Kenites that came of Hemath the father of the house of Rechab. This statement is taken straight from scripture look it up. |
Bible Answer: Someone must have thing twisted! Genesis 7:23-24 And every living substance was destroyed which was upon the face of the ground, both man, and cattle, and the creeping things, and the fowl of the heaven; and they were destroyed from the earth: and Noah only remained alive, and they that were with him in the ark. 24And the waters prevailed upon the earth an hundred and fifty days. 2 Tim. 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: CDBJ |
