Bible Question: Were in the Bible does it say that all babies go to heaven if they die? But if they reach an age of accountablity and do not receive Jesus they will lost forever. Please do not say it is in God's word. |
Bible Answer: I would like to answer that by neccesary inference, that babies go to heaven. In the New Testament, thinking adults, sinners, are called to repent and be saved from their sins. A baby cannot do this, only thinking adult minds. In the Old Testament we can learn also by necessary inference that when David was punished for his adultry with Bathsheba, specifically that his son, his seed, would die, David greived for his son while the baby son was living. It was not until his son died that David recovered from his grief and expressed he would have to wait to be with his son in heaven. 2 Samuel 11:1 through 2 Samuel 12:23. Specifically 2 Samuel 12:23 |
