Subject: Who was the one to be sacrificed? |
Bible Note: Greetings Mist! You wrote: "It would be highly questionable that one of them would go out of his way to teach a gentile his most holliest teachings when he knows that it would not even give salvation to him (assuming he could find a Jew in Mecca). Let's not forget also that Jews were from the few who refused the new religion, they couldn't have then seen it very much like their own religions would they? What does all this tell you? Logic my friend." However, we know from history, the Bible, and the Talmud that Proselytes were welcomed into Judaism. While not every rabbi welcomed them, by the time of Christ, many Gentiles were 'proselytes' or 'God-fearers'. I don't if this happened with Muhammad or not! But, it is not beyond the realm of possibility. Judaism is not a 'secret' religion. I was curious about your circumstances, if you don't mind sharing with us. Are you trying to win Muslims to Christ or are you just debating with them? Your Brother in Christ, Tim Moran |
