Bible Question:
How many years and event past between verse one and two of Genesis chapter one? |
Bible Answer: Biblicaly speaking it was the first day. Ge 1:1 ¶ In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. Ge 1:5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day. But how do we know, how long is that one day, is that one day of our present day count? 2Pe 3:8 ¶ But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. His day could be thousand years for us, but how do we know. God bless, |
