Subject: law vs grace Scripture??? |
Bible Note: Dear Brother CDBJ I am thankful for your feedback, as I love any sort of disscusion on the Bible. I am sorry to sound difficult but I have yet to have anyone give me good SCRIPTRUAL reasons or references that says it is O.K. to break GOD's 10 Commandments.I am not talking about obsolete animal sacrifices that we done away with but GOD's moral spiritual law. I have had people quote Romans 8:1 before "there is now no condemnation..etc." when discussing what we are now. Forgive me again if I sound abrupt but does quoting Romans 8:1 give me the right to worship other Gods or kill another human, or commit adultery, or steal? Could I commit all of these sins and then go before God and say "There is no condemnation for those...." Christ had to be crucified and His blood shed because people break these laws. Are you willing to take this topic so lightly when it caused the killing of the Son of God? And may I even go out on a limb a little further and and say that can one in truth break GOD's commandments (and teach others to do so) by showing off his or her proficincy in NT Greek? I am sorry my friend but nothing you wrote above shed "any light" on the main issue here ,which is - can you teach with a clean heart before GOD that breaking the 10 Commandment's is Biblicaly an acceptable doctrine. Bro. Billy Joe Asst. Pastor Alexandria Bible Tabernacle Fellowship I would be willing to swap and exchange tracts and pamphlets with you if you like. |
