81 | Did God create evil? | Is 45:7 | tj57h@cs.com | 88697
I just stated the verse. Did not God create the tree of the knowledge of good and evil? He told them not to eat it. God created evil, but evil is not sin. Sin is when you choose to do evil and rebel or disobey God. Satan was the first sinner and the author of sin. God created the capacity for Satan to sin and he rebelled against God and was cast out of heaven and condemned to eternal damnation in hell. I heard a famous preacher once say, ”When I get to heaven I want to ask God why he put Satan on the earth?” IF THERE IS NO OPTION TO SERVING GOD HOW CAN WE SERVE GOD BY FREE WILL? EVIL IS THE CAPACITY TO SIN; SIN IS CHOOSING TO DO EVIL INSTEAD OF OBEYING GOD. I HOPE THIS HAS HELPED YOU, Love, Tim hines |

82 | Can the "natural man" desire Christ? | Rev 13:8 | tj57h@cs.com | 88692
Jesus does draw all men, when the Spirit draws, they have to make a decision to give in and humble themselves to the Lord, if they do not they are not born again. The desire is there they just choose to rebel against God and choose their judgment. It must be because they LOVE their sin more than God, I believe this following scripture is saying that God was revealed to them and they rejected him, as in the example we have been talking about: Romans 1:18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; 19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. 20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: 21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. 22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, 23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. 24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: 25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. 26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: 27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. 28 And even as they did not like to retain F8 God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; 29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, 30 Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, 31 Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: 32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them. By reading Pauls epistles we will understand the mystery! 90 | Can the "natural man" desire Christ? | Rev 13:8 | tj57h@cs.com | 88632
Joh 12:32 And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me. As the Gospel is proclaimed all men are drawn, I believe in their minds they hear the truth, and at the same time the enemy is telling them it is a lie, or some excuse, like people will laugh at you or what will your mother think. And they do not give into the drawing of the Holy Spirit. Anytime I have been a similar situation of responding to God through a message similar thoughts come into my mind that try to get me to not respond to the Spirit. Have you had similar thoughts when responding to a particular ministry call, like healing or a call to preach? I think caring what other people might think is a big one. I personally do not care what people thing I care what our Father thinks more than people. Did I answer your question? Love, Tim Hines |

91 | All sin and iniquity for given, forever! | Rom 4:8 | tj57h@cs.com | 88630
The most liberating and Glorious revelation is to know we are free! Our lord has had me in Romans 4 through 8 for 5 years until I finally got it down deep in my heart and NOW I am living in the wonderful liberty, learning to live and move and have my being in a new and living way in Christ. I have seen the error of my ways (Asking God to bless my projects instead of him revealing his and cooperating with him) and am following the Grace of God flowing through my life and it is wonderful!! Self-works are not the way; his works revealed by him are the way! He is risen, he is alive, and he can communicate! Imagine that God speaking to his people! Steve, I do not know were your revelation of Romans 4-8 is but I pray that the Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation show you the height and width and breadth of his wonderful Grace and righteousness! Keep up the good work of encouraging the brethren! Proclaim his wonderful news to all! Rom 4: 7 Saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered. 8 Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin. This is us my brother!!!! ! Halleluiah!!! Praise God!!! Love, Tim Hines |

92 | Justification by works impedes grace | Gal 5:4 | tj57h@cs.com | 88598
Rom 4: 2 For if Abraham were justified by works, As if works could put him in RIGHT STANDING with God, they cannot. JUSTIFIED equals RIGHTSTANDING equals RIGHTIOESNESS equals NOT UNDER CONDEMNATION OF THE LAW equals FREE FROM SIN. ROMANS 4:6 Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness (RIGHT STANDING WITH GOD) without works (Adhering to an outward written code instead of walking by the Spirit in a New and living way, by CHRIST)7 Saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered. 8 Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin. Grace is the unmerited favor of God, not by works but by faith. Eph 2:8 For by grace (un-worked for favor) are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves (Not by works, but by faith): it is the gift (given and kept not by works but faith) of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast. I believe many who preach salvation and walking in the Spirit by WORKS believe their WORKS are better than most. IF ANYONE BELIEVES WORKS SAVES HIM OR HER, THEY ARE NOT BORN AGAIN! ONLY BY BELIEVEING IN THE BLOOD OF JESUS PAYING THE PRICE OF OUR SIN ARE WE SAVED! We do works of Righteousness because we are saved by faith, not to be saved. I hope this has clarified the definitions of Justification and Grace. Love, Tim Hines |

93 | Studying Praise/Worship | 2 Chr 29:28 | tj57h@cs.com | 88572
God's eye view by Tommy Tenney God gave it to me to confirm a revelation. and Power in Praise by Merlin R. Carothers another great book on the power of praise. Psalms 8:1-2 1 O LORD our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth! who hast set thy glory above the heavens. 2 Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings hast thou ordained strength because of thine enemies, that thou mightest still the enemy and the avenger. Mt 21:16 And said unto him, Hearest thou what these say? And Jesus saith unto them, Yea; have ye never read, Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings thou hast perfected praise? Paul and Silas: Acts 16:25 And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them. 26 And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one's bands were loosed. During praise and worship you are "LOVING GOD WITH ALL YOU HEART SOUL MIND AND MIGHT!" If you are depressed praising God at the top of your lungs will bring you out from under the grip of depression. Praise God! Love, Tim Hines |

94 | Imputed Righteousness | Rom 4:6 | tj57h@cs.com | 88571
"Because I am not righteous" Who wrote that? If you believe you are righteous, you are. Your outworking of Christ might fall short of the Righteous acts you see in Christ’s and Paul’s writings, but the important thing is YOU ARE IN RIGHTSTANDING WITH GOD FROM HIS POINT OF VIEW, THIS ENABLES YOU TO HAVE THE LIBERTY TO LIVE CHRIST AND NOT TO FALL UNDER THE CONDEMNATION OF SIN OR THE LAW, YOU HAVE THE FREEDOM AND LIBERTY TO LIVE A RIGHTEOUS LIFE! 96 | What is imputed righteousness? | Rom 4:6 | tj57h@cs.com | 88568
If you truly believe in your heart the blood sacrifice cleanses you from all sin and the penalty of the law (Eternal damnation) and have confessed with your mouth the Lord Jesus, you are saved born again and in right standing with God, apart from works. Most religions of the day will tell you need good works to stay in right standing with God and this scripture says by faith you are in right standing with God. If you get the revelation of this scripture you will have a glorious freedom in Christ, if not you will be always under condemnation of not doing enough GOOD works. WE ARE FREE OF ALL CONDEMNATION!!! WALK IN THE GRACE AND LIBERTY OF JESUS CHRIST IT IS A FREE GIFT. IF YOU BELIEVE YOU ARE RIGHTIOUS AND ARE TRULY BLESSED! Love, Tim Hines |

100 | Was the serpent being worshipped? | Num 21:8 | tj57h@cs.com | 88564
I believe the BRAZEN serpent was a type of Christ. Somehow it was like the opposite. Try to receive the light from these scriptures below: John 3:14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: Numbers 21:4 And they journeyed from mount Hor by the way of the Red sea, to compass the land of Edom: and the soul of the people was much discouraged F51 because of the way. 5 And the people spake against God, and against Moses, Wherefore have ye brought us up out of Egypt to die in the wilderness? for there is no bread, neither is there any water; and our soul loatheth this light bread. 6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died. 7 Therefore the people came to Moses, and said, We have sinned, for we have spoken against the LORD, and against thee; pray unto the LORD, that he take away the serpents from us. And Moses prayed for the people. 8 And the LORD said unto Moses, Make thee a fiery serpent, and set it upon a pole: and it shall come to pass, that every one that is bitten, when he looketh upon it, shall live. 9 And Moses made a serpent of brass, and put it upon a pole, and it came to pass, that if a serpent had bitten any man, when he beheld the serpent of brass, he lived. As we lift up Jesus Christ from the earth, people look at him and are healed. People of this world including believers are looking at their problems and thereby being devoured and killed by snakes (problems of this world), if they will look to Jesus high and lifted up they will be healed. Look to Jesus not the problems of this world. (Poisonous snakes) Love, Tim Hines |
