New Creature, I appreciate your efforts on seeking out as much information on this subject and in the scriptures. But I truly believe by what you said is that whatever we choose is ok with the Father (God) because our flesh bodies go back to the earth anyway and it's our souls is what is being preserved is what's important, wouldn't you agree? I hope I've helped, but here for support. Your Sister in Love of the Truth, SERENETIME |

23 | Bible Reference: "Sea of Forgetfulness" | Ps 103:12 | serenetime | 41019
itsy4u, I've enjoyed all I've read. Another thought comes to mind also what is written in Hebrews. Heb 8:1-13 8:1 Now of the things which we have spoken this is the sum: We have such an high priest, who is set on the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens; 2 A minister of the sanctuary, and of the true tabernacle, which the Lord pitched, and not man. 3 For every high priest is ordained to offer gifts and sacrifices: wherefore it is of necessity that this man have somewhat also to offer. 4 For if he were on earth, he should not be a priest, seeing that there are priests that offer gifts according to the law: 5 Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things, as Moses was admonished of God when he was about to make the tabernacle: for, See, saith he, that thou make all things according to the pattern shewed to thee in the mount. 6 But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises. 7 For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second. 8 For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah: 9 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they continued not in my covenant, and I regarded them not, saith the Lord. 10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people: 11 And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest. 12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more. 13 In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away. Notice what it says in verse 12, I will remember no more (unrighteousness, and sins). But he is MERCIFUL. Thank you Father for the Peace through Iesous. Phil 4:7 7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. KJV John 14:16-20 16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; 17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. 18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. 19 Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also. 20 At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you. KJV I hope I have been helpful. LOVE in the LIVING WATER of TRUTH, SERENETIME |

24 | Is JESUS a ticket to heaven or is a way | John 14:6 | serenetime | 40979
goodguy golfer, Just a few other scriptures that I feel go well with your question. Matt 7:14-15 14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. KJV 15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. KJV Matt 7:22-23 22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. KJV Matt 19:23-24 23 Then said Jesus unto his disciples, Verily I say unto you, That a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven. 24 And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God. KJV Because you remember that before Iesous (Jesus) says to the rich man in verse 21, Matt 19:21 21 Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me. KJV And he was not willing to do that in verse 22, Mark 10:22 22 And he was sad at that saying, and went away grieved: for he had great possessions. KJV And for the word (rich) it renders this meaning in the original Greek. NT:4146 plousios (ploo-see'-oce); adverb from NT:4145; copiously: KJV - abundantly, richly. NT:4145 plousios (ploo'-see-os); from NT:4149; wealthy; figuratively, abounding with: KJV - rich. NT:4149 ploutos (ploo'-tos); from the base of NT:4130; wealth (as fulness), i.e. (literally) money, possessions, or (figuratively) abundance, richness, (specifically) valuable bestowment: KJV - riches. NT:4130 pletho (play'-tho); a prolonged form of a primary pleo (pleh'-o) (which appears only as an alternate in certain tenses and in the reduplicated form pimplemi); to "fill" (literally or figuratively [imbue, influence, supply]); specifically, to fulfil (time): KJV - accomplish, full (... come), furnish. Matt 6:24 24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon. KJV NT:3126 (mammon) mamonas (mam-o-nas') or mammonas (mam-mo-nas'); of Aramaic origin (confidence, i.e. wealth, personified); mammonas, i.e. avarice (deified): KJV - mammon. We need to know Iesous (Jesus) in our hearts and have a personal relationship with him through the scriptures. We can't trust in material things and money. Also the scripture says there will be false prophets. And there are many out there right now. Seek him daily in prayer, and ask for wisdom and understanding of the Word in Truth. There's your ticket. Matt 11:29-12:1 29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. KJV I hope I have helped. In the Father and the Son of pure Love and Wisdom and understanding. Your Friend, SERENETIME |

25 | What does this mean? | Matt 27:46 | serenetime | 40237
Carmencita, Interesting question. I would like to NT:2241 Eli (ay-lee') or Eloi (ay-lo'-ee); of Hebrew origin [OT:410 with pronominal suffix]; my God: KJV - Eli. NT:2982 (why) lema (leh-mah') or lama (lam-ah'); or lamma (lam-mah'); of Hebrew origin [OT:4100 with prepositional prefix]; lama (i.e. why): KJV - lama. NT:4518 sabachthani (sab-akh-than-ee'); of Aramaic or [OT:7662 with pronominal suffix]; thou hast left me; sabachthani (i.e. shebakthani), a cry of distress: KJV - sabachthani. So in this, it means My God, My God, why have you left me? Pretty scary? Oh by the way, my kids call me Mammacita, I love your name! Serenetime |

26 | Is tithe used for Min. or Bldg or both? | Num 18:28 | serenetime | 40222
Hey HEWEsq., I just got done answering a question regarding tithing recently. I personnally don't think that tithing is correct, but when it comes to giving a money offering to a church where you are being taught the true word of God, chapter by chapter and line by line and you're growing spiritually then it's appropriate. If you feel you are learning the word by your Pastor and or ministers in depth in the original languages in which they were written of the OT and the NT. But most of the time you will not find this type of teaching. So I would pray on whether to give a money offering to any church. As for where it's suppose to goes, it should go to where ever it's going to benefit the teaching of the true word of God, I hope I've helped. 27 | Bible and evolution both? | Gen 1:1 | serenetime | 40200
Hey Hank, I totally agree! It does totally contradict. Nowhere in scripture does it say we descended from apes. Gen 1:26-27 26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. 27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. KJV So if we were made in God's image, then God was an ape and we are now humans? And man was an ape and evolved into a human. SERENETIME |

28 | who did cain marry? | Gen 1:1 | serenetime | 40199
After all this contraversy, How about the fact there is this Gen 3:15 15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. KJV So at least we know there is the serpent's seed and Adam and Eve's seed. I would digress on the issue of who married Cain, but I feel on this forum I am fighting a losing battle with some. So if there are two seeds, then what's up? Serenetime |

29 | Doubleminded? | Ps 119:113 | serenetime | 39239
Lovefountain, James 1:2-8 2 My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; 3 Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. 4 But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing. 5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. 6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. 7 For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord. 8 A double minded man is unstable in all his ways. KJV NT:1374 dipsuchos (dip'-soo-khos); from NT:1364 and NT:5590; two-spirited, i.e. vacillating (in opinion or purpose): KJV - double minded. The word to vacillate in the Websters encyclopedia of dictionaries is rendered: to move to and fro; to waver; to be unsteady; to flucuate in opinion. In my opinion this is saying that we are constantly being tempted by the adversary in our flesh. If we continue in seeking The Father in prayer and in the word asking for his wisdom, not the wisdom of this world. The wisdom of this world is foolishness to God. We will never be exempt from satan's devices, but we have the victory through the true word, the true messiah, the spoken word. Mark 4:15 15 And these are they by the way side, where the word is sown; but when they have heard, Satan cometh immediately, and taketh away the word that was sown in their hearts. You see he is constantly trying to take the word out our hearts. DON'T LET HIM!!!! KJV 1 Cor 1:20 20 Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? KJV 1 Cor 1:27-31 27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; 28 And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are: 29 That no flesh should glory in his presence. 30 But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption: 31 That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord. KJV Keep your chin up, The Living Water (the Father) knows our hearts. Luke 16:15 15 And he said unto them, Ye are they which justify yourselves before men; but God knoweth your hearts: for that which is highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of God. KJV the Father knows we struggle, but it's ok as long as we don't let our fleshly nature take over, wouldn't you agree? 30 | does God ever say no | 2 Cor 12:7 | serenetime | 39194
Cody, In 2 Cor 12:7-9 it says, 7) And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure. 8) For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me. 9) And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. KJV In verse 7) he was given a thorn in his side because of the abundance of revelations that were shown to him, so he would not exalt himself to highly than he should. Also that he should be buffeted by satan to keep him humble. In verse 9, the word grace in the original Greek means, NT:5485 charis (khar-ece); from NT:5463; graciousness (as gratifying), of manner or act (abstract or concrete; literal, figurative or spiritual; especially the divine influence upon the heart, and its reflection in the life; including gratitude): KJV - acceptable, benefit, favour, gift, grace (-ious), joy, liberality, pleasure, thank (-s, -worthy). NT:5463 chairo (khah-ee-ro); a primary verb; to be "cheerful", i.e. calmly happy or well-off; impersonally, especially as salutation (on meeting or parting), be well: KJV - farewell, be glad, God speed, greeting, hall, joy (-fully), rejoice. And the word grace in all the NT has the same meaning except in (James 1:11) which is #2143 in the Greek. The word sufficient in the original Greek is NT:714 arkeo (ar-keh-o); apparently a primary verb (but probably akin to NT:142 through the idea of raising a barrier); properly, to ward off, i.e. (by implication) to avail (figuratively, be satisfactory): KJV - be content, be enough, suffice, be sufficient. NT:142 airo (ah-ee-ro); a primary root; to lift up; by implication, to take up or away; figuratively, to raise (the voice), keep in suspense (the mind), specially, to sail away (i.e. weigh anchor); by Hebraism (compare OT:5375) to expiate sin: KJV - away with, bear (up), carry, lift up, loose, make to doubt, put away, remove, take (away, up). OT:5375 nasa (naw-saw); or nacah (Ps 4:6 [OT:7]) (naw-saw); a primitive root; to lift, in a great variety of applications, literal and figurative, absol. and rel. (as follows): KJV - accept, advance, arise, (able to, (armor), suffer to) bear (-er, up), bring (forth), burn, carry (away), cast, contain, desire, ease, exact, exalt (self), extol, fetch, forgive, furnish, further, give, go on, help, high, hold up, honorable (man), lade, lay, lift (self) up, lofty, marry, magnify, X needs, obtain, pardon, raise (up), receive, regard, respect, set (up), spare, stir up, swear, take (away, up), X utterly, wear, yield. OT:7 abad (Aramaic) (ab-ad); corresponding to OT:6: KJV - destroy, perish. OT:6 abad (aw-bad); a primitive root; properly, to wander away, i.e. lose oneself; by implication to perish (causative, destroy): KJV - break, destroy (-uction), not escape, fail, lose, (cause to, make) perish, spend, X and surely, take, be undone, X utterly, be void of, have no way to flee. In it being sufficient, I see that it's to be satisfied, to raise up a barrier (of protection) (in trusting God The Father in all things) To be content (in what he gives us). Having full reliance on HIM in order to humble us. Be enough (we have ALL of what we need) and in #142 it says to expiate sin. The word expiate in the New World Dictionary: To make satisfaction or atonement, to appease, to make amends or reparation for wrongdoing or guilt, to atone for. Also it says, to pay the penalty of; to suffer for. This is where Iesous (Jesus) comes in where he paid the penalty, and suffered for us that we may be forgiven for our shortcomings in this age. So you see we are to content, that we don't exalt ourselves any higher that we need to, and to keep full reliance on the Father and and trusting him. To keep ourselves humble before him. I hope I've helped. In the Love of the Living Water of My Father, SERENETIME |

31 | Why claim your tithes on your taxes? | Bible general Archive 1 | serenetime | 37023
Hi Lifechanger, Interesting question! I agree with heisthe 1. But I also wanted to mention that we should be tithing to a church or ministry where we are being taught the true word of God. Especially where you are being taught chapter by chapter, and line by line in order to understand the full meaning. Not just someone who gives us a verse 1 or 2 and then gives their interpretation, because one verse here and there can be easily be taken out of context, and not recieved correctly. That's why it's so very important for us as christians to be reading and studying the word for ourselves. Then we will know if we are tithing to the right ministry, because let's face it God wants us to know his word. Chew it up and absorb it into our hearts. The word says there will be many false prophets and teachers and will decieve many? Matt 7:15-27, 15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. 16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? 17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. 19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. 20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. 21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. 24 Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: Matt.4:11 11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. KJV 2 Cor 11:13 13 For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.KJV 2 Tim 4:3-7 3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; 4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. 5 But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry. 6 For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. KJV 7 I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: KJV 2 Peter 2:1-2 2:1 But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. 2 And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. KJV And I for one do not want to tithe into a ministry that's teaching wrong. Tithing first in faith to support the true word of God ministry to keep the true word coming to many. That's what God wants and therefore it goes to God. I don't really agree with the claiming it on our taxes, because are we not to trust God to provide for us in every area of our lives? John 4:14 14 But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life. 32 | Rev 3:16 lukewarm | Rev 3:16 | serenetime | 35062
Zach, In this old church I used to attend they gave this saying "straddling the fence". I've always loved that saying, because what it was saying is that the person or persons are inbetween on their direction and discision in life whether to serve God and commit to him fully, or continue to be doing things that the world around us does that is contrary to Holy Living and Living by what the Word of God says. It's like the Christian who lives like the world all during the week, and on Sundays goes to Church and portrays him or herself to serving God fully and completely. These people have not totally made a full commitment to living and serving God fully in every moment of their lives. I hope this helps you. In the Love of the Living Water, Serenetime
33 | Three days or three years? | Amos 4:4 | serenetime | 35060
Makarios, Interesting find and question. It's interesting that some translations say three days, and some say three years. In the KJV, it also says three years, but when going back to the original Hebrew and or Caldee in the Strongs Exhaustive Concordance it renders the meaning as such, OT#3117 yowm (yome); from an unused root meaning to be hot; a day (as the warm hours), whether literal (from sunrise to sunset, or from one sunset to the next), or figurative (a space of time defined by an associated term), often used adverb: KJV - age, always, chronicals, continually (-ance), daily, ([birth-], each, to) day, (now a, two) days (agone), elder, X end, evening, (for) ever (-lasting, -more), X full, life, as (so) long as (... live), (even) now, old, outlived, perpetually, presently, remaineth, X required, season, X since, space, then, (process of) time, as at other times, in trouble, weather, (as) when, (a, the, within a) while (that), X whole (age), (full) year (-ly), younger. In this we notice that it says that it's a "day", but then it also says it's an "age", "season", "space", and "daily". Possibly literally sunrise to sunset, or sunset to sunset. A space in time. But I know it says in scripture that a day to the Lord is a thousand years. 2 Peter 3:8 8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. KJV My interpretation of this, is that three days means three ages, and three years also means three ages. In that years symbolises the thousand year period of one day, also rendering it an age. 34 | info on marriage how to treat each outh | Col 3:18 | serenetime | 34080
Hey rlm, There are several scriptures regarding love. Not only in marriage, but in loving one another.Matt 5:43 43 Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy. KJV Matt 22:37 37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. KJV Mark 12:33 33 And to love him with all the heart, and with all the understanding, and with all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love his neighbour as himself, is more than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices. KJV Luke 6:27 27 But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you, KJV Luke 10:27 27 And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself. KJV John 15:12 12 This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you. KJV Having used only a couple of verses in the general. Now lets look at marriage. Eph 5:25-30 25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; 26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, 27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish. 28 So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself. 29 For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church: 30 For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones. KJV Eph 5:33 33 Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband. KJV We are to love one another even if it's not what we want. Because God is love, and we are his example. But I show you a great mystery.I believe that we all need to humble one's self. 35 | Serenetime: Did you know . . . | NT general Archive 1 | serenetime | 30161
Kalos, I appreciate your efforts, but I percieve that you are using Apologetics, which is man created. There is a time to take the word at face value, and a time to take it back it to the original language when it was originally written. Yes, I agree that we should always read the whole chapter in order to get the full meaning. But also in this case I have done that and the meaning of Matt 12:31,32 is so. See, you can't use the so called Apologetics when it's convenient and change when it's not. You and other's have still to use scripture to back up this belief. Until that time, as far as I am concern that Judas was forgiven and I will see him in glory. Thanks, SERENETIME |

36 | Are jews the wisest? | 1 Corinthians | serenetime | 28578
vkey, If you are speaking on being a Jew. A Jew is a resident of Jerusalem only. It is not a specific race, or ethnic background and never has been. In Jerusalem or in other cities all over the world speak many different languages. I'm from California, so I'm a Californian. Anyway on the day of Pentecost in Acts2:6, After being filled with the Holy Spirit in verse 4,the spirit gave them utterance in verse 5, And there were dwelling at Jerusalem (Jews), devout men, out of every nation under heaven. Verse 6, but heard them speak in their own language, in their own tongue from where they were born. So that's the story on being a Jew. Now as for the question on whether they are more wise than every other person on the earth is just not true. Look at what is going on over in that neck of the woods, let's not even touch that. Even if we were to say different ethnic backgrounds it still doesn't justify the color of the flesh, and different languages is spoken. Words are all the same just sounding different in translation. Unless someone's has achieved some cosmic language from outer space somewhere. But on this planet. Sorry. And maybe having a darker complexion attracts specific smart rays, waves from the sun and it goes to your brain. Sorry. Get my meaning? To elevate one self of them believing they are wise in this world, God says they are made foolish. Not my words, but God's. 1 Cor.1:19,20. For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent. 20) Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? 1 Cor. 2:1-4, And I brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God. 2) For I determined not to know anything among you, save Jesus Christ and him crucified. 3) And I was with you in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling. 4) And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of POWER. The only wisdom that is worth anything is the true wisdom of our Father in Heaven. 1Cor.2:10, But God hath revealed them unto us by His Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the DEEP things of God. As In science, technology, war and in business, this wisdom of this world is also a gift of the Father in Heaven. And even it wasn't, all this is temporal and will pass away and come to nought. I remember so vivdly in the Ten Commandment when Charlton Heston (Moses) said to Pharoah, Let my Jews GO!! (uh, I mean People) Serenetime

I see it as "Thy Throne", I look at God as so awesome and his LOVE is so unfathomable, incomprehencible. The Ultimate strength of His Perfectness. "O God" says to me as a crying out and a yearning to know HIS depth. And there is none like you, my mind never stops the urgent wanting to understand how infinite His LOVE for me and all mankind truly is. Everything else is but a vapour, poof! " is forever and ever" Without ending, time out of mind, everlasting, to everlasting and on and on, a vanishing point. "The sceptre of" Ruling and Reigning in Ultimate Royalty, He is true and purist Justice. His awesome Wisdom is unattainable, For He is KING!!! "thy kingdom" So prosperous, prosperity for everyone is without end, a kingdom spreading out so far and wide and that it has the most beautiful architect, Statues of Mighty Warriors. The buildings cry out their strength and are so High they Vanish. But feeling such a Safety. "is a right sceptre" And His is only right, and there is no other, end of disccussion. Like the human mind cannot understand the Richness and Mercy, and Love that Overflows, fills every crevice of His Being Pouring out continuously but with Serenity and Peaceful Beauty for HIS Children. Can you picture it??? I can sure try!! In Love Of the Truth, SERENETIME
38 | Is the drunkenness figurative? | Jer 13:13 | serenetime | 28334
Searcher56, Using the Strongs Concordance, The word drunkenness taken back to original language of Jer.13:13 is #7943 intoxication, then going to #7937, shakar, a primitive root, to become tipsy in a qualified sense, to satiate with a stimulating drink or (figuratively) influence. Speaking of Israel in Ezek.23:29-34 same meaning, verse 30, I will do these things unto thee, because thou hast gone a whoring after the heathen, and because thou art polluted with their idols. Verse 33, Thou shalt be filled with drunkenness and sorrow, with the cup of astonishment and desolation, with the cup of thy sister Samaria. In the Living Water, Serenetime

40 | Empty inside being a Roman Catholic? | James 2:17 | serenetime | 28314
Catrose62, I wouldn't be so bad but the catholic are one's to not allow their members to think for themselves. Of course you are to believe what they say to believe in. But what is that saying? You don't have a mind for yourself. They idolize the Pope and he is just a man. You're suppose to confess your sins to a priest and then he translates these confession to the pope and he is the intercessor to God to get forgiveness. Please, do you know how much that this is elevating man?? Jesus came to earth in a man body, but it was God. God so loves us that he sent his son, it says, but it is him in a human body, with the spirit of God. With man and trusting in man only, man will fail you every time. Man is not perfect. So, then you're to elevate Mary above Jesus. It's the same thing again elevating man over God. Yes she was blessed to concieve Jesus, but no more, and certainly not to the extent that Catholics believe. They actual worship her. Gee, sounds like the Pope. We all have free will and God gave us an intellect to search and read the scriptures for ourselves. The problem is is that you actually have to work at it, but you will be blessed beyond measure. i know it's hard to leave what you have been led to think was right for so long, but get the heck out of there. I'll be here for you. In Love of the true Word. Serenetime
