Jehovah's Witnesses do not believe that Satan and Jesus are brothers. Satan was a angel who wanted humans to worship him and led Adam and Eve to question Jehovah's sovereignty to rule over the earth. Jesus is Jehovah's son and even Jesus recognizes his Father's headship as ruler. Jehovah's Witnesses are not a cult and the Trinity is not a bible teaching. As stated in The New Encyclopedia Britannica " neither the word Trinity, nor the explicit doctrine as such, appears in the Bible.....the doctrine developed gradually over several centuries and many controversies. " It was developed by man...not God. Think of all the times Jesus prayed to God...once he prayed all night before his death. Does it make any sense that he spent that time praying to himself?? I think not! |

To suggest the doctrine of the Trinity is made of man while defending the man made religion of Jehovah Witnesses is silly. The New World Translation is a modified copy of the King James Version. The JW refuse to reveal their translators and the manuscript they claimed to use to translate from was proven to have never been in their possession, thus making it impossible to translate from it. The whole concept of the Jehovah Witness are based on the made up name of God. History shows teaches us Tyndale when translating his Bible used the tetrammaton of YHWH adding the vowels from Adoni to made the word Jehovah. The whole concept of Jehovah Witnesses is based on the ideas developed by Charles Taze Russell who was proven to be a liar in various court cases. |

I have a King James Version of the bible as well and would like to direct your attention to Psalm 83:18 that says " that men may know that thou, whose name alone is Jehovah, art the most high on earth." So it is clear that even the version you refer to uses Jehovah's name. it is not a name made up by man. Let's consider the Lord's Prayer in Mathew 6:9 it says "hallowed be thy name" in other words...let your name be sanctified. God wants us to know his name. Jehovah. | ||||||
