God's day to you, G. Preston, There are several views on Revelation 3:10: • We will be kept out of it (the pretrib view) since the church is not seen after chapter 3. • We will be preserved through it (the posttrib view) based on John 17:15 uses same word. • From time to time in history believers are secure in His care during trials (idealist view). • We will be removed during it (the midtrib view) • The Jews/Christians were fighting for their survival in The Great Revolt (66-70) (preterist view). What is your guess? Searcher |

Searcher, Well thought out. Your first point adds substance to the position of those who believe the church will not go through the tribulation. I never thought of the point that we don't see the church after chapter three. In any case we as disciples of Jesus Christ should be prepaired for any eventuality. God's best to you my brother. In Him, lionheart |
