Scripture ... Deu 13:1-5; Mat 7:15-16; Act 17:11; 2Pe 2:1; 1Jo 2:18-27, 4:1-3; 2Jo 1:7 ... Study Scripture ... know it so well that when there is a slight deviation from the truth, you will know it. I ask those who are deviatants if I prove them wrong, will they be willing to be subject to the punishment in the Bible. It is death (Deu 13:1-5) .. most don't want to change ... I have stood up as they spoke and proved them wrong. Searcher |

3 | Exactly what things do you prove them wr | Rev 2:14 | Bows44 | 176601 | ||
Exactly what things do you prove them wrong on? What specific things are equivilent to eating things sacrificed to idols? Would you, as some say, consider tattoos, celebrating Halloween, paganistic rituals like Easter egg hunts and Christmas trees some of these things? How about the Catholic priesthood? Or is it indulging in pride and deception? Or it is just literally meat sacrificed to idols and sexual sins? This is not a trick question, but a serious inquiry that came to mind while reading Rev. 2 this morning. Looking for people's honest beliefs with scriptural backing so I can learn from those responses. |
