1 | Can a born again sin as they did before? | 1 John 1:8 | tremere123@comcast.net | 67872
Johnny, You still are a fleshly human being...you are still tempted and have to be in the world after being saved...After being reborn, you will have more of a tendency to be offended by what is evil or against God and have more of a drive to live the right way and to be a servant of God...However, you can still fall and if you never repent (especially after knowing God) you will be condemned...I will find you more Scripture for this if you'd like!? 2 | Can a born again sin as they did before? | 1 John 1:8 | jlpangilinan | 67897
I did not said that i cannot sin, What my point really is if you are a "hired killer' before then called for salvation, then Christ live in you how could you do the same thing? a Christian at the same time hired killer? You still can sin but not what you was before. If I am being called in salvation then receive the authority of being son of God I know I can still be sin but not as what I was before! 2Th 2:13 ΒΆ But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth: and no one can take me out of His hands: Joh 10:28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. Joh 10:29 My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand. God bless, Johnny |
