Word Study ... Didasko (teach), Kerusso (preach) ... Parable Scripture distinguishs teaching from preaching, they are two different Greek words, see above. They are used thrice together (Mat 11:1 Rom 2:21 1Ti 6:2). Since YOU don't want anything more than Scripture, that is all you get. I normally would explain the difference. |

I note that you have not provided scripture itself, but rather only citations that identify parts of scripture. Perhaps in the future, for the convenience of your readers, you might provide the actual texts. That scripture distinguishes the two words could have been easily demonstrated by providing the appropriate texts alone, such that your explanation would not be necessary.
