Lord Bless you, ovadyah. Remember that followers of Christ will necessarily endure hardships due to perecution from others. This should be considered a blessing, for if you are never being persecuted, you may not be following Him close enough. You are fine, ovadyah. I know some Christ-centered Jews, I have some relatives native to Alabama, and also many dear relatives that are disciples of the pope. As Jesus taught, "Remember the word that I said to you, 'A servant is not greater than his master.' If they persecuted Me, they will also persecute you. If they kept My word, they will keep yours also." Jhn 15:20 Continued blessings to you, keliy |

Greetings keliy, Persecution of Christ and His disciples have a particular context in scripture. It shouldn't be confused with biblical correction and admonishment. Persecution comes from those apposed to God and His people. Admonishment and correction are between Christian and Christian and is intended to turn one in error from his or her error. Steve |
