1 | Are there different heavenly rewards? | 2 Tim 1:9 | slide_m46 | 119185
Can someone help me with scriptural support or denial of levels of reward in heaven. Based on the judgement we will all face, and our salvation through Christ Jesus, how do we understand being judged? Are there different rewards for different people based on their works on earth? Thank you very much, Big Al |

Big Al, I am a new student of the Bible, but maybe I can help somewhat. I understand that there are blessings (rewards) for us that have been in "escrow" since the beginning of time. When we become believers (born again) we access these rewards in time (now) and in the future (eternity). We do this by 1st citing our sins privately to God the Father (daily) reading, metabolizing the Bible Doctrines, and growing in spiritual grace. When we do this, we are in a position of nearness to Christ, filled with the Holy Spirit and our "good" deeds or works at that time only, count for rewards...little crowns, I like to say...our Judgement to face will be for our works...not our sins..these were judged at the cross. When we believed in Christ, we were accepted as God's children, we have irrevocable gifts..one is eternal salvation. NOTHING can take that away...God promised that. We then receive 1/2 of his divine justice and 1/2 have of his divine righteousness. We are with Christ Jesus and thus "worthy" of God's love.

Puddy, Thanks so much for your response. I would however like to have some scriptural support for your response. I too have an opinion, but I prefer to rely on God's word for my final opinion, and being short on time to actually research this myself I am hoping for some support that might direct me to particular books an verses in God's word. God bless and keep you, and continue studying.
