Suzyq, You are absolutely right, the size of the letters is not what matters. Please remember though, that communication by definition requires a receiver of the message. If a reader interprets upper-case letters as shouting, then to him or her it IS shouting. WHAT MUST I DO TO HELP YOU UNDERSTAND THIS? Of course, it is not the font or even the words you use that is important, it is the message. But, to the reader, the words, and yes, even the font, define the message. And please, keep the messages coming. I like them. Listener |
