1 | Which are you? | Rom 9:21 | Mommapbs | 61635
Greetings Forum members! After reading this verse on the subject of God's sovereignty may I propose a different perspective? A vessel is a receptacle. Some hold food and drink, others hold the remains of the former. God indeed is the potter and we are the clay; are not BOTH are useful? Consider: which pot are you? And . . .laugh a little, I do think God has a sense of humor! Blessings, Mommapbs |

Greetings justme! Why can't "common" also be the best? (Ref: John 2:7-11) When Jesus turned the water into wine, He made the best out of something very common! Blessings, Mommapbs |

4 | Which are you? | Rom 9:21 | justme | 62194
I will let the Lord determine how He uses me. Should he use me as a waste basket, potty, or for the most expensive wine, I am His to use as He see's fit. Scripture tells us not to think more highly of ourself, warning that elevated self, b thinking we are high and mighty can bring us to a low position very quickly. I am abiding in the Master. I have been pruned many times. I hope I produce some fruit worthy of the effort the Lord has spent on me. I pray only to be in the center of God's will. What could possibly be better, or best for me than this? justme |
