Hi Steve, I would prefer to say get into the Word in depth instead of "go beyond". All will be revealed in its appointed time and this is our promise from the Father. Yes, read the scripture, all of it, for spiritual understanding as spiritual allegory or parable. But, again you really must understand the parable of the sower and the wheat and the tares, it is the good seed and the bad seed, this is the beginning to understanding scripture. Hope this helps!
