1 | 'Seed' salvation? | John 14:6 | moedee | 29978
I Greek U In The Name Of Jesus "Loopholes" in Gods Plan John 14:6 Takes any LOOPHOLE out RE: "SEED" and "Faith" I the question in relationship to "The Kingdom" Seven of the "Kingdom of Heaven" Parables are found in Matt. 13 The 'Parable of the Sower' in refence to Faith - hearing the word of God comes in four classes. (1) The Wayside Hearer - Snatch up before it can take root. (2) The Stony Ground Hearer - Here the seed takes root but dies before it can grow up because of the "shallowness" of the soil. (3) The Thorny-Ground Hearer - Here the seed take root grows up but bear no fruit. (4) The Good-Ground Hearer - Here the seed take root 'grows up' bears fruit but varies amount. Some bringd forth 100 fold, some 60, some 30. Why is this? It was not the soil's fault. It is lack of cultivation, if the soil had been properly cleared, tilled, and cultivated, and proper "Atmospheric Conditions" it would have brought forth a uniform crop of a 100 fold. So keep telling others about Jesus our Christ but there are no loopholes, however you do have a choose because the Bible simple saids "Whosoever Will", but the wages of sin is death and thanks be to God He provided a way for you and I to stand before God in His name. 2 | 'Seed' salvation? | John 14:6 | charis | 29987
Dear moedee, Greetings in the name of Jesus! Friend, I appreciate your response and accompanying commentary on the Parable of the Sower. Honestly, though, I cannot fathom the relevance to my post. I hear what you are saying about John 14:6, but I do beg to differ. What do YOU think about children that die before birth? The mentally infirm? The clear references to Israel in the Book of Revelation? The unsaved spouse of a believer? Do you pack them all off to Hell, quoting John 14:6? I KNOW that God is just, and that He knows that heart of man, while we do not. I trust Him completely. But He has not addressed these issues except to imply that grace may be applied. Therefore, I do not propose 'extra-Gospel' salvation lightly, but only give these things over to God's sovereignty. Peace to you in Christ Jesus, charis |
