No, The Word of of God commands us only to bless others, not to curse them. To put a curse on someone is actually a occult practice. It's wrong to put a curse on someone. The best way is to pray for that Paster to sea the truth and to bless others by not cursing them. |

The Bible use of "curse" (not swearing of course) indicates a solemn pronouncement or a prediction of evil and - when made by God or his authorized prophet - has a prophetic value and force.
