Hi, Zeppie... No, the word "theotokos" does not exist in Scripture to my knowledge. Like the words, homoousios and homoiousios they exist to express specific doctrinal thought. More familiar words that we use regularly that are not in Scripture include rapture and trinity. In Him, Doc |
