1 | Are you convinced? | Mark 16:10 | justme | 54770 | ||
Ray: I recently heard Hank hanegraaff address this very passage. He said that the oldest manuscripts do not have these verses. However it does not conflict in any way with the three other gospels. It appeared latter in several other newer, now he did not say the amount of years difference there was, but i did not get it. I think these verses show many ways Jesus was trying to reform mmens thinking. Most men still think the wife is subject to obey rather than that the wife is the subject to be the object of our love and attention. Hope this adds something more to think about. agape :-), justme |
