1 | Jewish "Inclusive Reckoning" practice | Matt 12:40 | Paschal Lamb | 234651
My question deals with the Biblical scholars inconsistent use of the Jewish "inclusive reckoning" practice. Biblical scholars use the Jewish "inclusive reckoning" method in their exegesis of Matthew 12:40. Biblical scholars do not use the Jewish "inclusive reckoning" method in their exegesis of Exodus 12:19. Since the context of Matthew 12:40 also includes reckoning of Biblical days in Jonah's time, (Old Testament), why would they employ "inclusive reckoning" for understanding Jonah's time in the belly of the great fish, and not for the seven days that leaven not be found in the houses in Exodus 12:19? Hello Paschal Lamb, Can you explain what you define as, "inconsistent use of the Jewish "inclusive reckoning" practice."? I'm also curious as to what your ministry teaches in regards to: "Transforming Christian Vision"- To What?; Teaching Christian truth- Truth defined by what creed or doctrinal statement? Unifying Christian Perspectives- In what way? Speaking the Truth in Love, BradK |

3 | Jewish "Inclusive Reckoning" practice | Matt 12:40 | Paschal Lamb | 234655
In order to explain the inconsistent use of the Jewish "inclusive reckoning" practice, I would first have to understand what you perceive, was the seven days that leaven was not found in the homes. (Exodus 12:19) Transforming Christian Vision - "To What? To the Cross of Jesus. Ecclesiastical authorities have made some serious errors in exegesis. These are fully explained in my first blog, "Bringing Christian harmony to all the world". These errors prevent the Gospel of Jesus Christ to go out with power throughout the world. When traditions of men are taught as doctrine, it makes the word of God of no effect. Teaching Christian Truth - Truth defined by what creed or doctrinal statement? Pontius Pilate asked, what is truth? He had the Truth right in front of him. Truth is the entire word of God. (Matthew 4:4; Luke 4:4) Jesus was the word made flesh and dwelt among us. Jesus lived by every word of God, and was the word of God. Jesus was the Truth. Scripture alone interprets Scripture. Unifying Christian Perspectives - In what way? All Biblical perspectives (Judaism, Messianic Judaism, Catholic, Orthodox, Protestant) are reconciled in the Cross of Jesus on the day of His Crucifixion. The Catholic understanding of a Friday (Nisan 15) Crucifixion, the Orthodox understanding of a Friday (Nisan 14) Crucifixion, the Messianic Judaism understanding of the Passover Seder, and the Jewish understanding of the paschal lamb sacrifice feast, all flow out of the Holy Week chronological understanding visually displayed in the "Twilight Report", and offered freely on Paschal Lamb Ministries website. In Christ's service, Sola Gloria Dei! |
