Daniel 3 has Nebuchadnezzar building a golden image - violating at least one of the ten commandments. Daniel 4 is about Nebuchadnezzar living with the wild animals, because of his pride. Hi Steve, I think if we look at the whole book and see the changes that Nebuchadnezzar made back and forth, we see the glory of his kingdon restored and a prolonging of his prosperity. See Daniel 4:27 and see if he did not indeed "break away from your sins by doing righteousness and from your iniquities by showing mercy to the poor, in case there may be a prolonging of your prosperity." | ||||||
