1 | Who was the first perfect man | Gen 5:24 | candy lee | 96167
If the wages of sin is death, then why was Enoch translated without seeing death? I agree that Adam was created perfect but Lucifer was created perfect too and look what happened there.

Greetings Candy Lee, We do not know the reason why God translated Enoch. But, if you agree that the Word of God is perfect and will never pass away (Matt. 24:35, Heb. 4:12-13, 2 Peter 1:19-21), then you also realise that everything that scripture SAYS must also be true.. Do you still agree? Therefore, Romans 3:23 tells us "for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God".. If you believe that the Word of God is perfect and true, then you must accept Romans 3:23 as "truth" as well. Enoch was simply a man. Therefore, Enoch sinned. But Enoch had an otherwise "supernatural" way of leaving this world (Gen. 5:24). But he still sinned, as everyman does. Adam sinned (Gen. 3) and so did Lucifer (Isaiah 14:13-14). Jesus Christ was the only human being who was without sin. Blessings to you, Makarios |

Candy Lee, If Im not mistaken, enoch and Elljah, were the only two listed in scripture who never died but were taken. Now the scripture tells us that, its appointed unto man, once to be born, once to die and then the judgement, Right? So sence Jesus was the only perfict in body, then if we look at revelations at the two witnesses, rev 11:4. These two men hafe to die.Right because no flesh can inter into the kingdom of heavan.Just a little for you to think on. DL5
