The amplified bible is very closely likened to a study bible or commentary. In that they contain the authors opinion rather than scriptural fact. While the opinion may be 100 percent correct there is no way to tell this side of heaven. Whatever the reason scripture tells us Judas tried to undo what he had done. Remorse, guilt, fear of consequence, realization that Jesus was the Son of God. We don't know, but God does. |

Thank you very much for your answer. The Amplified Bible includes the full meaning of the sentences translated, not just the literal meaning. Like when a person says something irritated, they may be saying they're fine but you can tell there is a lot more behind it. | ||||||
