1 | Who was the one to be sacrificed? | Gen 22:12 | mistknight | 36739 | ||
I’m trying to show them the lies they believe about you, and to show you the (extremely) numerous lies you believe about them. To correct your understanding of them, and to correct their understanding of you. To teach you about them, and to teach them about you. To answer them and to answer you. But more importantly, to help them and to help you. Please read Emmaus’s last message to me and my reply. I gave a very detailed reply to it. Mist |

Greetings Mist! I read your reply to Emmaus. While I agree that all people should be loving and cordial to one another, the simply fact is that Islam and Christianity are not compatible theologically. Just consider their stands on the identity of Christ. Islam says that Jesus was one among many prophets of God, while Christianity says that Jesus is God. There are other differences as well, but this one is the most important. So, rather than trying to find common ground, I believe we should be teaching Muslims what the Bible says about Jesus. For instance, Acts 4:12 says, "Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved." Jesus is not just another outdated prophet, replaced by Muhammad, He is God and the only way to salvation. Muhammad was just a man! Your Brother in Christ, Tim Moran |
