1 | Why seek healing for this flesh? | Ps 46:10 | Emmaus | 75327
Dear Cyclist, Every time I see you referring to your "elders" in faith I have the feeling that it is you that is the real elder. In any case, I think others have given good sound counsel. I also think you should cling tenaciously to the gift of life that God has given you here until He decides it is time to call you home. In the meantime you should use all the spiritual and medical resources He has provided to you to maintain that gift of life. I am sure there are many family members and friends, me being the least of them, who profit in many ways from you presence in the here and now. God's blessings of spiritual and phsyical health to you! Keep on cycling! Emmaus |

2 | Why seek healing for this flesh? | Ps 46:10 | Cyclist | 75706
Dear brother Emmaus, The Lord is my strength and my fortress! The Lord never fails! He alone is worthy of all praise and glory and honor! Thank you dear brother for the nice note. As I wrote in my post to mommapbs, I have never asked the Lord for healing for the body He has given me to use. I now know from my dear friends on this forum that I have every right to and am directed to ask for healing in His word (Searcher posted James 5:14). Praise the name of the Lord! I am honored to call you my elder in Christ dear Emmaus. Always your brother in Christ our Lord, Cyclist I will bless the Lord at all times! His praise shall continually be in my mouth! |
