141 | what is wisdom- what is knowledge | 1 Cor 12:8 | C.S.M. | 155179
Annet, I keep hitting the wrong button..sorry if you got two short incomplete answers... Stong's Hebrew and Greek exhaustive concordance for around 60.00 tells all the meanings of all words of the Bible, well worth all the money in the world to open your understanding of God's word. Another tool: Ask yourself the who, what, when, where, how, and why questions, then let God's word answer them for you. Example: Who is the source of wisdom? Ex 28:3 God speaking to Moses, instructing him, " you shall speak to all that are wise hearted, whom I (i.e. God himself) have filled with the spirit of wisdom.... This verse alone tells us God is the source of wisdom...and that wisdom is a spirit sent from God into the heart of mankind....but there are numerouse verses that state the same thing concerning God the Father. So we can conclude that God is the Source of all true Godly wisdom. I Cor 1:17,21, 25.. What is the wisdom of God? I Cor 1:24 Christ is the wisdom of God Where is the wisdom of God? It is not in flesh...i.e.mans wisdom...I Cor 2:4 It is in the (Holy)Spirit and of the power of God...I Cor 2:4-5 It is not in the devil...the prince of this world, system of thought, word and deed, influenced by evil, the mode of operation of satan, upon the hearts and minds of mankind II Cor 4:3-4 I Cor 2:8 Eph 2:2 It is not in mankind that has not been regenerated of God,( which is called salvation, being born again)Matt 19:28, Titus 3:5, John 3:17,I Tim 2:4, notice God is not out to save devils but to save mankind, I John 4:14, John 3:3-8 I Cor 2:8 princes of this world (system of thought, word and deeds) also refer to those disconnected from God that are humans and in a flesh body..James 3:14-16..whose source of wisdom is of the world (ie earthly), of the flesh, of the devil.. II Peter 2:10,12 because all that is in the world (-s system of thought, word and deed) is the lust of the eyes, the lust of the flesh and the pride of life, IS NOT of the Father (i.e. God Almighty) but is of the world (-s system of thought, word and deed). I John 2:16 We therefore understand there is wisdom that is produced by the world, the flesh (or people by their own understandings), the devil, and that these kinds of wisdom is flawed and is usually in opposition to and against the wisdom of God. I Cor 1:20-21, Where is the wisdom of God? In the heart, put there by God the Father..Ex 36:2 ..wise hearted...in whose heart the LORD had put wisdom.... God never changes...he is still in the business of putting wisdom into mankinds heart..if they ask, seek and knock....Mal 3:6, Matt 7:7 Anyway, you get the idea... Always In Christ, C.S.M. |

True, short and sweet. John 17:17 Jesus prayed speaking to God the Father, "sanctify them through your truth, your word IS TRUTH" sanctify means (Greek)to be: morally, blameless; physically, pure; and ceremonially, consecrated to God (i.e. and his word of truth). Always In Christ, C.S.M. |

143 | What is Ephesians all about? | Ephesians | C.S.M. | 154521
Paul an Apostle (sent one) of Jesus Christ by the will of God to the saints...and to the faithful in Christ Jesus. Eph 1:1 is inclusive of the saints that then existed, and includes all those after that point in time that are "the faithful in Christ Jesus." We realize that God is outside of what we call time, he is eternal, from forever to forever, therefore the only one who is on a time frame is mankind. We understand, beginning, middle and end, but we don't truly understand "eternal" except in it's broadest sense and as it applies to God himself. Paul explains to all believers in Eph 3:3 that God had revealed to him his "plan of all ages", the mystery, in regards to mankind, from before the foundation of the world. This book, then, for the church is vital to our understanding of what God provided for us "before" he created the world in which we live. How do we know this? Jesus told a story in Luke 14:28-30 that reveals how God does things...For which of you, intending to build a tower, sits not down first, and counts the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it. Lest after ha has laid the foundation and is not able to finish it, all that behold it begin to mock him, saying, this man began to build, and was not able to finish.... We realize that Jesus is our example and what he tells us is things he and God the Father do themselves. Therefore that information tells me that before God created the earth and said, "let us make man", us being plural and God talking to Jesus and the HOly Spirit, that they had taken everything into account "before" they even started the earth. Wouldn't it be hypocritical for God to expect mankind to do what he doesn't do himself? Paul then iterates what God revealed to him about his original plan for all believers in Christ for all ages. It is helpful to understand that in the old testament there were only two kinds of people in God's eyes, Jews and Gentiles,(all other nations who were not born Jewish, in the natural sense). God had covenant agreement with the Jewish people, and no agreement with the Gentiles (also called the nations). After Jesus came and defeated satan by complete obedience to God Heb 4:15 without sin, yet tempted just like all of mankind. Heb 2:14 says, because we had to come as natural human beings to resist the temptations of satan, he also came as a natural human and yet he was able, through complete obedience to God and his word, to "destroy the devil" and deliver mankind, while he was in the form of a man, a servant. Phil 2:7-11. Now what was "one" of the things Jesus came to create from the pool of all the folks from God's viewpoint. there were only two kinds in the old testament Jew and Gentile. Where was God going to get the third class of people, called "the church?" Of course we know he took people out of the pool of both Jew and Gentile to create the church. I Cor 12:32 Give none offence, neither to "the Jews", nor to the "Gentiles", nor to the "church of God", that's three kinds of groups, classes or people. Where did God get the Church? From the only two classes he recognized...Jew and Gentile. With that understanding, many of the scriptures in Ephesians will come alive to you. Back to the original premise. God wanted us to know through Paul, that he had already made provisions for believers in Christ..before the foundation of the world...I call that pre-planning don't you? Eph 1:4 Provision as follows: Eph 1:2 Grace and peace from God and Jesus Eph 1:3 blessed with ALL spiritual blessing in Christ (all not just a part or scrap) Eph 1:4 God chose us in Christ before he created the world to be holy and blameless before him Eph 1:5 God's will is to adopt us by Jesus Eph 1:6 God's grace is: he accepts us in Christ Eph 1:7 God's grace is: forgiveness of sins through the blood of Christ, aka redeemption.. Eph 1:8 God ran toward us in ALL wisdom and prudence..(excellent judgement when we were able to handle it.) Eph 1:9 God made know to mankind his will Eph 1:10 God is going to gather all things together in Christ Eph 1:11 God's inheirtance for us is in Christ, and he has a purpose for each of us according to his own will...you're special. Eph 1:12 Our trust in Christ is praise to God's glory. Eph 1:13 The gospel is the means by which we learned of God's provision for us, and God sealed us with the HOly Spirit of promise. Eph 1:14 The HOly Spirit is our down payment of our inheritance until God purchases our natural physical bodies at the rapture of the church. Eph 1:15 faith and love is our breastplate Eph 6:14, and it is called righteousness, it is made out of faith and love I Thes 5:8, so when you see the combination of faith and love together you know it's talking about God's righteousness. The armour God tells us to put on belongs to him.. Eph 6:11 Put on the whole ARMOUR OF GOD.... it's his, but one size fits all! |

The rest of the answer C.S.M. The book of Ephesians for the Church... Don't ask me how, it just does! That will get you started on your quest to know what God has provided for believers in Christ. If a person were to try to explain every scripture you would miss the pleasure of asking God to teach you. He is, after all, the one who knows more than any human being could ever phathom, he wrote the book. Ask him to give you understanding, according to the prayer Paul prayed for all believers of all times Eph 1:15-23 as follows: Father, God of my Lord, Jesus Christ, you who are the Father of Glory, give unto me the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of you (and for the acknowledgement of you). Open the eyes of my understanding and enlighten them, that I may KNOW the hope of your calling the riches of your inheritance in the saints the exceeding greatness of your power to me because I believe the working of your mighty power KNOW the working you worked in Christ when you raised him from the dead! Know you set him at your own right hand in heaven KNow you set him FAR ABOVE all principality power might dominion every name that is named in this world and in the world to come and you put all things under his feet gave Jesus the head over all to the church the church is his body Jesus and the church is the fullness of God. Eph 2:4 God you are rich in mercy and your great love, Eph 2:5 made us alive together with Christ. How? Eph 1:6 God accepted us in Christ and that is God's Grace!!!! Eph 2:8 For by (God's acceptance of us in Christ Jesus)grace you are saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it (actuall He,Jesus) is the gift of God (to mankind for our salvation). That is the plan of God from before the foundation of the world according to Paul in Eph 3:3 the mystery; (as I wrote before in Eph Chapters 1 and 2, in a few words....whereby when you read you may UNDERSTAND my knowledge in the mystery of Christ).. REad the rest of the story through Chapter 6 to find out more... C.S.M. |

146 | God'love has made salvation to be free | Eph 2:8 | C.S.M. | 156911
Hi Bongy, To understand God's word on any subject, it is helpful to use several tools. A Strongs Concordance, a dictionary, and allowing the scripture to interpret itself, and revelation from God the Father as to what we read in scripture, by the Holy Spirit. The definition for grace that I found in scripture is Eph 1:6.. KJV To the praise of the GLORY of his GRACE, wherein he (God the Father) has made us accepteded in the beloved (Lord Jesus.) God making us accepted "in Christ" Jesus is defined here as God's grace. Acceptance from God through Jesus equals God's Grace. Always "in Christ", C.S.M. |

LaurinaB, Eph 2:8 Did you know faith is easy to obtain? Ro 10:17 So then faith comes...(how?) by hearing (hearing what?) and hearing by the word of God. God's word is Gods faith, so when we read it, or hear it taught, faith comes to you. Did you know God has already given you faith? Ro 12:3 God has dealt TO EVERY MAN THE measure of faith. What is that measure? The Holy Bible! How do we know that? Because faith comes by hearing Gods word and acting on what it says to do. Ro 10:17 You can start letting your faith grow like it says in II Thes 1:3 We are bound to thank God always for you, breathren, as it is meet, because that your faith grows exceedingly.. How did it grow? By hearing and doing the word of God. That's faith. Always in Christ, C.S.M. |

Hi Steve, If God had not spoken, you would not know, if you did not know how God thinks, you would not know God's standards, if you did not know God's standards you would have no idea what to believe, and if you did not know what to believe how would you know what faith is? God's faith is God's thoughts words and deeds reduced to writing so we can know Him! He is faith, he doesn't just have faith! His written word is his faith, written down, who he is, what he wants, and how we get there from here. Yes being a doer of the word is the key. James 1:22 Be ye doers of the word and not hearers only deceiveing YOUR OWN SELVES. You realize there are two deceivers in the world, satan and those who do not do the word of God! Sorry for the misunderstanding. Always in Christ, C.S.M. |

149 | ehesians2vs8 | Eph 2:8 | C.S.M. | 157047
Steve, Is your thoughts, words and deeds your faith? As a man thinks in his heart so is he... Guard your heart with all diligence, for out of it are the issues of life Be a doer of the word and not just a hearer only deceiving your own selves Do these scriptures not reveal to you that you are not a robot, and neither is God. Is mankind made in God's image? Able to think, speak and do? What is faith in your definition? How do you get there from where you are? Is your mind outside the loop? Is your words outside the loop? Are your deeds outside the loop of what faith is? Is faith a woo-woo- mystical thing no one can pin point? How can you have faith without thoughts, words and deeds? Faith without works is dead! God's word without corresponding action is dead! corresponding action is not specifically in that verse but what is works if it is not corresponding action to what God has said? The first sentence, agrees with the second, in the same light of cognitive understanding. Always in Christ, C.S.M. |

Hi Steve, Ro 1:16-17 the gospel of Christ..is the power of God unto salvation..for therein is the righteousness of God REVEALED from FAITH TO FAITH: as it is WRITTEN the just shall live by faith. Luke 4:4 And Jesus answered him, saying, IT IS WRITTEN, that man shall not live by bread alone, but BY EVERY WORD OF GOD. Since the just must live by faith, and Jesus said you live by every word of God. God's word is God's faith. Always in Chirst, C.S.M. |

Hi WOs Gen 1:3 And God said...let there be light and there was light... God's spoken word created light Gen 1:6 And God said...Let there be a firmament (7) and it was so God's spoken word created firmament Gen 1:9 And God said, ..let the dry land appear..and it was so God's spoken word created waters, land Gen 1:11 And God said...Let the earth bring forth..and it was so. God's spoken word created a producing earth Gen 1:14 And God said...Let them be for lights..for day and night..signs and seasons (15) and it was so God's spoken word created these also Gen 1:20 And God said...Let the water bring forth abundantly..moving creatures that has life..fowl, whales, every living creature that moves, winged fowl... (24) and it was so God created all these with his spoken word Gen 1:24 And God said...Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, creeping thing, beast,...and it was so God created these things with his spoken word Gen 1:27 And God said...Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish, sea, fowl, cattle, earth, every creep (ing) thing. And it is obvious by now that God created mankind by his spoken word, if words mean anything, except to argue with. I'm sure Mr. Hagin and Mr. Copeland would be flattered that you attributed God's words as their words, but I don't see their name mentioned there. It says clearly, to those who can read, and GOD said! Not someone else said... How can you twist the scripture to say it is a person other than God who said that? Mark 11:22 This is Jesus speaking, not some other person...Jesus said, "Have faith in God." The margin: greek...says, Have the faith OF God. Then Jesus goes on to tell you what faith is. He is the Master teacher you know, or do you? For verily (it is the truth) I (Jesus) say unto you (that is reading the text), that whosoever (that means the reader and the doer of his word)shall SAY (that means speak, say words) unto this mountain (of whatever is coming against you), Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt (what Jesus is saying to the reader) in your heart, but shall believe that those things which he SAITH (speaks in words, like God did in the beginning when he created all things with his words) shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith (you have to speak words to say something). Therefore I (Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God) SAY (speak words) unto you. what things soever you desire, when you pray (speak words to God), believe that you RECEIVE them (Heb 11:6), and you shall have them. I don't see anyone's name attached to these words of Jesus, except his own name. Are you saying he is lying? Heb 11:3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. God didn't have wood to produce wood when he created wood. He spoke it into existence as Genesis testifies as fact, not some man's fiction and philosophy, about what God actually said. continued: |

conclusion: Who is faith, what is faith, where is faith, when is faith, how is faith, and why is faith. How high is faith, how deep is faith, how wide is faith, how long is faith, do you know? Who is Grace, what is grace, when is grace, where is grace, how is grace, why is grace, how high is grace, how deep is grace, how wide is grace, how long is grace, how wide is grace, do you know? By the answer you gave, you know nothing of these subjects. You don't even know who spoke them into existence. Clue: it was God May God open the eyes of your understanding in the study of "his" word. Jesus is the living Word John 1:1-4, Rev 19:13, I John 5:7 The Bible is the written Word II Tim 3:16-17, II Tim 2:15, Ro 1:16-20 Our Words in obedience to God's Word is the spoken word, our faith, based on God's Word James 1:22, Ro 10:17, But the righteousness which is of faith SPEAKS..Ro 10:6 that means says words.... Deut 30:10-14 Moses said, "If you shall listen unto the voice of the Lord your God, (how) to keep his commandments (spoken words, reduced to writing that you are reading) and his statutes which are "written" in this book of the law, and IF you turn unto the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul. For this commandment which I command you this day , it is NOT HIDDEN from you, neither is it far off. It is not in heaven, that you should SAY (words again), who shall go up for us to heaven, and bring it unto to us, that we may hear it and do it? (be a doer James 1:22) Neither is it beyond the sea, that you should SAY (words), who shall go over the sea for us, and bring i unto us, that we may hear it and do it? But the word (whose words? Gods!) is very near you, (where) IN YOUR MOUTH,(to speak out with words) and IN YOUR HEART, (is your human spirit, it's not talking about your blood pump, you know!) that you may do it. It's only a brand new revelation to those who are unbelieving or unlearned, It's in the Bible from Genesis to revelations last amen. If any person is depending on another human being to get their interpretations of an Almighty God, they are only fooling themselves. The whole idea that God doesn't have the things he gives to us is rediculous. Faith, hope and love are outsourced by my heavenly Father, God, the Almighty One. He is the source of all good things...Only good comes down from God James 1:17. Are you saying Faith, Hope and Love are not good? There has to be someone behind faith before you can say, "by faith", who is that ? Where is your source? What is your source, men? Their information? Or is it God's word, living, written, and spoken? He does Know it all, that leaves him at the head of the class, it would do you well to heed what HE says. The only words that mean anything are his, exactly as he says them. Question: Did God exist before the men and web sights you reference? Of course, silly!! They won't be able to help you when you stand before God and say, "but God, so and so, wrote this and said that." I think God will say, "yes, but what did I say in my word?" 153 | can anyone keep the 10 commandment? | Eph 2:8 | C.S.M. | 157107
Hi Baldvin, No one but Jesus has ever kept them perfectly. That is why he is the saviour and we can't save ourselves. The devil is able to get mankind into strife, envy, confusion, lying against God's truth, (truth is Gods' word John 17:17), every evil work by his wisdom, which is earthly, sensual and devilish, according to James 3:14-15 He was never able to do that to Jesus. Jesus always knew how satan was trying to trick him into walking out of Love for God and mankind, so he just didn't do it. So Jesus is the only one who perfectly kept all of God's commandments. Our part is to admit we have broken them before and after we were saved by him, ask him to forgive us and help us not to walk out of love as it is described in II Cor 13:4-8, and according to his written word. You can resist the devil and he will flee from you. James 4:6-8 But he (God) gives more grace, Therefore he said, God resists the proud, but gives grace (or no resistence) to the humble. Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. clease your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double minded. The humble are described as the obedient. Phil 2:8 speaking of Jesus, "And being found in fashion as a man, he HUMBLED HIMSELF, (how?) and became OBEDIENT (to whom? God the Father, up to and including)death, even the death of the cross. Only Jesus could pay the price for sin, by dying on the cross, his blood was Holy Blood. No one else could do that, so Jesus came, obeyed God, destroyed the devil, Heb 2:14, and his works, I John 3:8, and his dominion over mankind, ICor 15:54-58, death is an enemy I Cor 15:26, in christ all are made alive I Cor 15:22. That does not mean we can purposly ignore what God has said in the commandments that would be disobedience to God. Somewhat like a spoiled child that has no discipline at home, so they tear up things and do not learn how to respect God, themselves or others. That is how satan acts, God doesn't want us doing those things, and we have to first learn what God says to do, then learn what God says not to do, then just obey what God says to do! You will then be a disciplined child, any parent would be proud to take any where and show off before the whole world. Always in Christ, C.S.M. |

154 | ehesians2vs8 | Eph 2:8 | C.S.M. | 157112
WOS No problem here. I can't explain it any clearer than scripture. Grace and faith have a source. The source has to have what they are giving out, you can't give something you don't have. There seems to be a switch in subjects of thought. I have not heard you yet describe what you define as faith. God loves you. Always in Christ, C.S.M. |

155 | ehesians2vs8 | Eph 2:8 | C.S.M. | 157113
Wos, God's grace is his acceptance of mankind in Christ Jesus. Eph 1:6 It is part of his character, thereby being part and parcle of who he is. I did not say Faith and Grace became part of the Godhead, in the sense it is implied by the post. How do you worship in faith? How do you know what God's grace is? If you cannot define those two terms, how do you know you are doing either? Always in Christ, C.S.M. |

156 | ehesians2vs8 | Eph 2:8 | C.S.M. | 157115
Wos How do you get I Cor 12:9 is temporal, where is that written? I did not say Christ was a spiritual gift, you seem to be reaching for an argument. Do you believe Spiritual gifts are still in the earth today, or has God changed? Where is it written that spiritual gifts won't last forever? I'd like your scriptural basis. Thank God Christ is eternal, and yes, that's one fact we both agree upon. The Genesis account proves that God said, ie spoke words, and created all matter that we see, feel and understand, on this earth. To say that he did not is to argue with God himself, it is his account of who did the creating, and how he did it, through revealing it to Moses, and Moses being the pen (a metaphore) that wrote it down for God's glory and mankinds benefit. I am not confused, and I do understand my Lord Jesus Christ, and it seems you purposly do not want to understand what was said, to produce either an argument, put down, or just refusal to take into account the scripture given for evidence. I worship Christ, and whether you understand that is of no consequence to me and my relationship to him. No I don't worship faith, I walk in faith, as I am admonished to do. There seems to be a hang up with words for you being able to discern the best that God has in his word. Sorry you are very confused and like to argue rather than come to know God from more than a tunnel vision perspective, God still loves you, and is well able to enlighten the eyes of your understanding with wisdom and revelation. You don't need anyone else in that area. I have followed II Tim 2:25-26 to the best of my ability, the rest is up to God with both of us, isn't it. I love you in Christ Jesus. Always in Christ, C.S.M. |

157 | ehesians2vs8 | Eph 2:8 | C.S.M. | 157130
Hi WOS, why do you reject God's clearly stated definition of grace in Eph 1:6 as his acceptance of believers in the beloved? You do agree he is talking about Christ Jesus, the beloved, don't you? I don't find your definition in scripture as you state it. Do you have scripture to come to that conclusion or is that just something you have heard someone else say? Heb 11:1 What is the substance? What is the evidence? Define the who, what, when, where, how and why of faith by God's written word. Who is Love? Who is light? Check it out in I John 4:8, I John 1:5 . Would you now say love is just an attribute, quality or an element? Would you now say light is just an attribute, quality or an element? Did the Apostle John just make this up? Is this God's word ? Who and what are you going to believe. What you have known before by your religious training, or what the written word of God says? No one can diminish God or his office, that's impossible. Nothing any human being can say or do will ever change God. II Tim 2:13 If we believe not, yet he abideth faithful: he cannot deny himself. (says to me whether you believe or not, he stays the same, regardless, praise God that is so!) Nothing has been added to God's word, it still reads the same way it always has. Any explanations of understanding is in paranthesis, not adding to or deleting from God's word including your own understandings. Were they added to God's word? What is the strong meat spoken of in Heb 5:13-14? Is that just an attribute of something or a metaphore, or a proverb, something laid down beside something else to bring fuller understanding to a person? The word Proverb H 4912 as used in Proverbs 1:6-7 means:superiority in mental action; prop. a pithy maxim, usually of a metaphorical nature; hence a simile (as an adage, poem, discourse): byword, like, parable. To understand a proverb, and the interpretation; the words of the wise, and their dark sayings. The fear of the Lord is the beginning (margin says: the principal part) of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction. Psm 14:1 The fool has said in his heart, there is no God. Since wisdom (i.e. the wise) were mentioned, this gift has not passed away. I was not equating the gifts of the Spirit, to God the Father, nor was I focusing on the attributes of the Father and the Son. They provide everything..if I understand correctly... In him we live, and move and have our being Acts 17:28 Acts 17:31 Because he has appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by THAT MAN whom he has ordained; whereof he has given assurance unto all men, in that he has raised him from the dead... Sounds like Jesus is that (man) which is perfect that is to come. I Cor 13:10 Jesus is the gift sent of God for mankinds benefit in every area of life. John 3:16 In these areas of mankinds existence. Spirit, soul, body, being a doer of the word, family, finance, fellowship, service, resisting the devil, destroying his kingdom, thoughts, words, and deeds. Always in Christ, C.S.M. |

158 | forgiven without repenting? | Eph 4:32 | C.S.M. | 156718
Hi Mike Gold, All three answers you received were good ones, the reference is Matt 6:14-15 so you may read it yourself. Another way to look at this act of forgiveness is it does more for you than for the other fellow. It is releasing them from sin against you, so God releases you from sin against yourself. The sin of unforgiveness! That way satan has no handle on your life he can hold onto you and punish you with and neither is he able to stir strife and hold the other person either. It's a win-win situation for you both and a lose-lose situation for satan and his co-horts. Always in Christ, C.S.M. |

Ephesians 5:22 Wives, be subject (be sumissive and ADAPT yourselves) to your own husbands as (a service) to the Lord. This rendering adapt yourselves to..is a better picture of the intent of this verse. It is alway an adaptation when two people get married. Both come from differing backgrounds, different expectations of what "life" together should be, and that is where the thorns on the rose show up. Adapting to your husband, in the Lord, is different than adapting to your husband if he is abusive, ungodly, and unwilling to know Christ and his way, truth and lifestyle. There is a scripture that states, "How can two walk together except they be agreed?" Amos 3:3 Of course that is God talking to Israel, but it also applies to any two people that desire to "walk together" in marriage, business, etc. Jesus put it this way, "house divided against itself cannot stand."Mark 3:25 So here we see in these words of God that agreement in God, his word, ways, means and directions is what eliminates division and disunity between a husband and wife. Of course we realize that satan is the one that comes to kill, steal and destroy, John 10:10, so guess what he will put in your home? Division, and disunity on the most important part of your life, your walk with God, in Jesus Christ. The key we must all realize that opens the doors to kick satan out of the situation is found in Ephe 6:12 "For we wrestle NOT against flesh and blood, but against principalitites, powers, rulers of the darkness (hatreds) of this world (system ran by satan), against wicked spirits in high places." This tells us our spouse is not our enemy, but these demonic beings behind the strife is the ones we are to resist. How? Jesus told us we have the power to bind and loose. That power was not given to bind and loose people, but to bind and loose spirits that harrass you or help you. You may say, what do you mean? We identified the wicked spirits in Ephe 6: that harrass all mankind. Jesus and all his followers were aware of satanic beings that cause all kinds of problems for mankind by whispering in the ear of a person, to fight the other person, or worse. Yet we are also aware of the Holy Spirit, who is in the business of leading us into all truth..it's his job description John 14:15, 26-27. So with this in mind, who do you think God intends for you to bind? satan and his followers who put all kinds of wrong thoughts, words, and deeds, out before a person. The person thinks it is them that is doing all this "thinking" and to them it sounds reasonable if they don't know Christ, so they act on those thoughts that come right from the devils mouth. (how do you know? If it isn't what God would say to you as a believer in him, it has come from satan.James 3:6) As for me, the way I pray on this issue is this: Father, in the name of Jesus, I bind satan, his principalities, powers, rulers of the darkness of this world, and wicked spirits in high places, from their operations behind the life of........ and according to your word, whatsoever I bind on earth is bound in heaven Matt 16:19 so therefore I thank you that these wicked spirits can no longer operate in the life of my loved one. I ask you to loose the Holy Spirit of God to shine the light of the glorious gospel into their mind to give them guidance and comfort in your way, truth and life (-style) and I give you praise it is done and it is so in the Name of Jesus. II Cor 4:3-4 For God, has commanded the light to shine out of darkness, and he has shined in our hearts (6) to give each of us the light of your word which is your knowledge of your glory in the face of Jesus Christ. Thank you Father, for always hearing and answering my prayers, in the Holy name of Jesus. Amen.. As far as your other questions, I don't have any comment or knowledge of the subjects. May God be the guide in your home for unity and agreement in him, for a bit of heaven on earth.... |
