I heard it from the pastor of a visiting church in which I attended. I did not think that it related to the topic in which he was teaching, the entirety of what was actually said is: "Please tell me that which whom you are. Tis thou a man amongst thieves?" - then the pastor proceeded to teach from the book of Proverbs. I tried calling the pastor himself to pose the same question, however, to no avail he's not returned my phone calls. It was my mother in-law who suggested that I try asking the question on this site. If you cannot help me, I understand, I've tried everything else to say the least, I was online yesterday for 14 hours and still I was unable to find anyone or anything that could help translate it for me. Thanks for your help anyway. | ||||||

From your original question I thought maybe it was referring to the man the Good Samaritan helped. With the context of Proverbs did you look at Proverbs 1:10-19. Maybe this pastor just likes to speak that way. |
