Hi Tim. Nice to here from you. Here's a few. Zec. 4:3-6 and 11-14 with emphasis on verse 6. This is the word of the Lord ... by my Spirit, saith the Lord. St Jn 5:39 Search the scriptures ... they are they which testify of me. St. Mt. 24:14 And the gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations. Heb. 10:15 Whereof the Holy Ghost also is a witness to us. Rom. 8:16 the Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit. 1 Jn. 5:6-7 And it is the Spirit that bearest witness , because the Spirit is truth. For there are three that bear record in heaven, The Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost. In Christ, Lanny |

Greetings Lanny! I love the Zech. 4 passage! :-) I'm still not sure though that the word and the spirit will fit for the two witnesses in Rev. 11. Rev. 11 makes it pretty clear that they are two human individuals and even Zech. 4:14 seems to indicate that they are human beings. Thanks for the references though! Your Brother in Christ, Tim Moran |
