1 | Does this mean that it is wrong to ask? | Rev 17:16 | Pastor Glenn | 59892
2 Tim 3:16 All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; Apparently this scripture is wrong. It should say "...all scripture 'except prophecy' is profitable for teaching..." Maybe this is bad advice too: Acts 5:38 "So in the present case, I say to you, stay away from these men and let them alone, for if this plan or action is of men, it will be overthrown; Acts 5:39 but if it is of God, you will not be able to overthrow them; or else you may even be found fighting against God." 2 | Does this mean that it is wrong to ask? | Rev 17:16 | EdB | 59895
Pastor Glenn You attached this to my response, you may want to attach a copy to John's so he will see it. I might soften it a little before I would send it to John. We might be using the Word of God as a slashing sword rather than a sword of correction. EdB |
