1 | Why church? | Heb 10:25 | Hank | 65722
ava4: Church not mandatory? Christians are the church, the church is the body of Christ, and Christ gave Himself for it. Read Paul's discussion in 1 Cor. 12, and ponder especially verse 27. Also see Gal. 1:4 and Titus 2:14. The Bible teaches that the Christian church and the Christian religion are inseparable. The Lord adds the regenerate believer to His church. [See Acts 2:47]. --Hank
