1 | what if you die and have not repented | Eph 1:7 | 1SOBLESSED | 159147
If you die and did not repent of a sin, will you go to hell? Wether the sin is murder or a lie you told, or maybe you stole something in the past, or perhaps you have hate in your heart for another person. |

2 | what if you die and have not repented | Eph 1:7 | kalos | 166360
For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, it is much more [certain], now that we are reconciled, that we shall be saved (daily delivered from sin's dominion) through His[resurrection] life. Romans 5:10 (AMPLIFIED) For we maintain that a man is justified by faith apart from works of the Law. Romans 3:28 (NASB) AMPLIFIED Romans 3:28 For we hold that a man is justified and made upright by faith independent of and distinctly apart from good deeds (works of the Law). [The observance of the Law has nothing to do with justification.] Romans 5:7-10 (The Amplified Bible) 7 Now it is an extraordinary thing for one to give his life even for an upright man, though perhaps for a noble and lovable and generous benefactor someone might even dare to die. 8 But God shows and clearly proves His [own] love for us by the fact that while we were still sinners, Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One) died for us. 9 Therefore, since we are now justified (acquitted, made righteous, and brought into right relationship with God) by Christ's blood, how much more [certain is it that] we shall be saved by Him from the indignation and wrath of God. 10 For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, it is much more [certain], now that we are reconciled, that we shall be saved (daily delivered from sin's dominion) through His[resurrection] life. |

3 | what if you die and have not repented | Eph 1:7 | wonbyone | 166362
I agree, we are reconciled, God paved the way throught the cross. It is very, very, very important that we keep our salvation, it is extremely precious to us and God.
4 | what if you die and have not repented | Eph 1:7 | kalos | 166367
Consequently, he [Jesus] is able to save to the uttermost those who draw near to God through him, since he always lives to make intercession for them. Hebrews 7:25 (ESV) Therefore He is able also to save to the uttermost (completely, perfectly, finally, and for all time and eternity) those who come to God through Him, since He is always living to make petition to God and intercede with Him and intervene for them. Hebrews 7:25 (The Amplified Bible) The Amplified Bible 1 Peter 1:4-5 [Born anew] into an inheritance which is beyond the reach of change and decay [imperishable], unsullied and unfading, reserved in heaven for you, who are being guarded (garrisoned) by God's power through [your] faith [till you fully inherit that final] salvation that is ready to be revealed [for you] in the last time. 5 | what if you die and have not repented | Eph 1:7 | wonbyone | 166369
True, but he also gave us free will. Some will choose to repent and others will not.
6 | what if you die and have not repented | Eph 1:7 | Wild Olive Shoot | 166387
The unrepentant will only be those whom God has not called. Romans 9:16 "So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that showeth mercy." …” which is clearly meant that the reason why any man is saved is not because he wills it, but because God willed, accord to that other passage, "Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you." The whole scheme of salvation, we aver, from the first to the last, hinges and turns, and is dependent upon the absolute will of God, and not upon the will of the creature.” – C. H. Spurgeon http://www.spurgeon.org/sermons/0442.htm Don’t misunderstand what “Free Will” actually is. Through faith in Christ, you can freely choose to act in harmony with God’s will, enabled by God’s Holy Spirit to do so. If God does not call you, you are free to act against His will. Your free will depends on the sovereign God, as does your salvation and not on whether or not you will it so. WOS |
